Ingredients
1 serving chocolate/ vanilla protein powder (whey or plant based)
100g frozen/fresh banana
handful baby spinach
1 teaspoon ground flaxseed/ chia seeds (optional)
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
10g nut butter (almond/peanut butter)
1/2 cup (125ml) almond milk or fat free milk
handful of ice
Method
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
Serve.
