Choc Milk Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 serving chocolate/ vanilla protein powder (whey or plant based)

  • 100g frozen/fresh banana

  • handful baby spinach

  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed/ chia seeds (optional)

  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder

  • 10g nut butter (almond/peanut butter)

  • 1/2 cup (125ml) almond milk or fat free milk

  • handful of ice

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth

  2. Serve.
