Ingredients
1 serving vanilla/chocolate protein powder (whey or plant based)
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon ground flaxseed/ chia seeds (optional)
100g frozen/ fresh blueberries
handful baby spinach
3-4 mint leaves
2 dates
1/2 cup (125ml) fat free milk/ almond milk
10g nut butter
ice
Method
Add the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Alternative:
Swop the protein powder for 100g fat free plain cottage cheese and 60g greek yoghurt, add sweetener of choice.
