Choc Mint Magic

Ingredients

  • 1 serving vanilla/chocolate protein powder (whey or plant based)

  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder

  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed/ chia seeds (optional)

  • 100g frozen/ fresh blueberries

  • handful baby spinach

  • 3-4 mint leaves

  • 2 dates

  • 1/2 cup (125ml) fat free milk/ almond milk

  • 10g nut butter

  • ice

Method

  1. Add the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

    Alternative:

    Swop the protein powder for 100g fat free plain cottage cheese and 60g greek yoghurt, add sweetener of choice.
