Ingredients
50g frozen/ fresh banana
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon ground flaxseed/chia seeds (optional)
100g plain low fat yoghurt (or vanilla)
1 serving vanilla protein powder (whey or plant base)
25g peanut butter
1/2 cup (125ml) water
handful ice
Method
Add the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve.
Alternative:
Swop out the protein powder for 150g fat free plain cottage cheese
