Peanut Butter Bomb

Ingredients

  • 50g frozen/ fresh banana

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed/chia seeds (optional)

  • 100g plain low fat yoghurt (or vanilla)

  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder (whey or plant base)

  • 25g peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup (125ml) water

  • handful ice

Method

  1. Add the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Serve.

    Alternative:

    Swop out the protein powder for 150g fat free plain cottage cheese
