Ingredients

  • 100g greek yoghurt

  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed/chia seeds (optional)

  • 150g frozen/ fresh strawberries

  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder (whey or plant based)

  • 1/2 cup (125ml) alond milk or fat free milk

  • 20g oats

  • handful ice

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Serve.

    Alternative:

    Swop out the protein powder for 80g fat free plain cottage cheese and increase the greek yoghurt to 160g
