Sweet Blueberry Bliss

Ingredients

  • 100g sweet potato, cooked soft (frozen - optional)

  • 100g frozen/ fresh blueberries

  • 50g greek yoghurt

  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed/ chia seeds (optional)

  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder (whey or plant based)

  • 1/2 cup (125ml) water

  • ice

  • 5g almond flakes

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Top with almond flakes (if using)

    Alternative:

    Swop the protein powder for 120g fat free plain cottage cheese and increase the yoghurt to 100g, add sweetener of choice.
