Ingredients
20g oats
10g almond butter
60g greek yoghurt
120g fat free plain cottage cheese
1 teaspoon ground flaxseed or chia seeds (optional)
100g frozen/fresh banana
1/3 serving vanilla protein powder (whey or plant based)
1/2 cup (125ml) water
ice
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Method
Mix the cocoa powder with about 2 tablespoons water to form a 'chocolate sauce'. Drizzle this in the glass (optional - you can just pour on top of the smoothie).
Blend the remaining ingredients until smooth.
Serve.
