Ingredients

  • 20g oats

  • 10g almond butter

  • 60g greek yoghurt

  • 120g fat free plain cottage cheese

  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed or chia seeds (optional)

  • 100g frozen/fresh banana

  • 1/3 serving vanilla protein powder (whey or plant based)

  • 1/2 cup (125ml) water

  • ice

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Method

  1. Mix the cocoa powder with about 2 tablespoons water to form a 'chocolate sauce'. Drizzle this in the glass (optional - you can just pour on top of the smoothie).

  2. Blend the remaining ingredients until smooth.

  3. Serve.
